Our mission is to conduct research on the role of technology on the mental health and well-being of youth and young adults. We have a particular interest in conducting participatory and applied research innovation projects.
Our work is inspired by person-centred, collaborative, and participatory principles using qualitative, quantitative, and arts-based methods in collaboration with youth, families, service providers, community, and other key stakeholder groups (e.g., government).
Our values:
We value collaboration, diversity, and community, and strive towards the creation of a productive and supportive working environment for our lab members and partners.
We adhere to high standards of quality, detail, and ethical integrity in our daily activities and our deliverables.
We conduct innovative, value-added research in the field of youth mental health and implement creative strategies to advance our mission.
Our research has received funding from several organizations and institutions, including the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), Canada Research Chairs Program, Brain & Behaviour Research Foundation, Graham Boeckh Foundation, University of Montreal Hospital Research Centre (CRCHUM), Mitacs, and University of Montreal.
