WHO WE ARE

The Youth Mental Health and Technology Lab (YMHtech) conducts research pertinent to the well-being and resilience of youth.

YMHtech is an initiative of the Canada Research Chair in Innovations for Youth Mental Health, a title awarded to Dr. Shalini Lal by the Government of Canada.

Canada Research Chairs are bestowed to world-class professors for achieving research excellence in Canadian institutions.
