Made in collaboration with Kids Help Phone this webinar will present the benefits, challenges, and practical strategies to consider when communicating with youth using online technologies (eg. via texting, live chat, or other online formats) in the context of delivering mental health services. 

Though the webinar will be in English, all translated French materials will be provided prior to the webinar.

Ce webinaire, issu d’une collaboration avec Jeunesse, J’écoute présentera les avantages, les défis et les stratégies à prendre en compte lorsque, lors de la prestation de services en santé mentale, on utilise des technologies en ligne pour communiquer avec les jeunes (p. ex., SMS, chat en direct ou par d’autres types d’outils en ligne). 

Bien que le webinaire soit en anglais, tous les documents en langue française seront disponibles avant le webinaire.
